- 1. 自2023/1/1之資料數據，依照經濟部中小企業處發布「具創新能力之新創事業認定原則」，國內新創事業為依我國公司法或商業登記法辦理公司登記或商業登記，且設立未滿八年之事業。以結算至「2022/12/31」為例，新創家數為事業設立登記期間在2015/1/1至2022/12/31且未辦理歇業者。(2022年以前之資料數據為設立未滿五年之事業)
- 2. 公司行號家數統計含公司及商業登記家數；以上統計資料均不含外國公司代表人辦事處及大陸地區在臺許可辦事處。
- 3. 「N/A」(Not Available)表示現有資料庫無法取得負責人年齡之公司行號。
Note：
- 1. According to the data from January 1, 2023, according to the " Directions of Recognition for Startups with Innovation Capability" issued by the Small and Medium Enterprises Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, domestic Startup means a business that has been registered as a company or a business in accordance with the Company Act or the Business Registration Act of Taiwan, and has been established for less than eight years. Taking the settlement to "2022/12/31" as an example, the number of new startups refers to those who have not closed their business during the registration period of business establishment from 2015/1/1 to 2022/12/31. (Data before 2022 refer to businesses established less than five years ago)
- 2. The number of companies calculated including the number of registered companies and business; however, the above statistical data do not include the office of a person in charge of a foreign company or the China Representative Office in Taiwan.
- 3. N/A” (Not Available) means that the current database does not offer the company name of the person in charge or its age.
