The E-Commerce and M-commerce boom help promote a rising innovative business model. There are plenty of choices to make in each payment situation. Depending on the advantages of value added, fast and convenient benefits, this type of commerce has begun to replace cash dealing. Electronic payment shares these benefits to help you save on the cost and time using cash dealing or cross-border O2O dealing. The Taipei City Government has set up some 4G network infrastructure consecutively to implement each element in the smart city. It also provides payment methods for the citizens to pay all registration fees by electronic means. In the future, the government plans to combine the activities in the business district with mobile payments, cash flow and other convenient services that are easy for the public to apply.
