These are all the key factors that motivate the growth in the global mobile payment market. Taiwan is now officially entering into the first year of mobile payments. One should not neglect the critical issues of mobile payment implementation and service models. The competitive profile in the mobile payment market continues to progress since the hardware and software technologies have advanced to the next level, plus its innovations for the service model. This article discussed these aspects from the regional market potential of global mobile payments to the service models, industrial dynamics as well as social impact. It provides guidelines as a reference for the mobile payment vendors in Taiwan to consider it.

Perhaps, it can take advantage of the information it acquires from consumers on the internet, or make use of the message of market demands to give instructions to develop products, enhance operating efficiency and explore a more lucrative new market. When the future arrives, it will be a time for e-Commerce and global marketing to boom. Business is able to “stay rooted in Taiwan, and go global” if it can connect internet marketing with international logistics and the cash flow project.

Depending on the advantages of value added, fast and convenient benefits, this type of commerce has begun to replace cash dealing. Electronic payment shares these benefits to help you save on the cost and time using cash dealing or cross-border O2O dealing. The Taipei City Government has set up some 4G network infrastructure consecutively to implement each element in the smart city. It also provides payment methods for the citizens to pay all registration fees by electronic means. In the future, the government plans to combine the activities in the business district with mobile payments, cash flow and other convenient services that are easy for the public to apply.

The e-Commerce craze continues to spread across the world. Many traditional industries have started to explore sales channels for its e-Commerce more actively. In this journal, plenty of successful cases that received the “incentive and subsidy plan for industrial development in Taipei City” may include “Türk Kızları”. Such case puts in a lot of effort in its e-Commerce platform service and product improvement for its content through project implementation. “Türk Kızları” cultivates designers to design cultural and creative products, offers internship opportunities and employability for students from the Department of Turkish, and expects them to become e-Commerce leaders in Turkey. It offers extensive and in-depth content information for the consumers to read. A second case is “Mr. Good”. It connects farmers and fishermen, processing factories, restaurants, cooking studios and consumers to come up with a R&D plan so that it can comply with the feature of quality agriculture and support the production of sustainable agriculture as well as the industrial value chain for manufacturing and marketing. It helps the farmers and fishermen who are less familiar with the production and marketing end to do the processing and packaging work and sell their agricultural products. It sets up an exclusive procedure to handle perishable foods, shortening the route from the place of origin to the dining table. It increases the value of agricultural products for its added value.
